Full Payment is requested at the time of booking if is less than 60 days
Cancellations & Refunds: A full refund is available if cancelled more than 60 days before the event, a 50% refund if cancelled 15-60 days before, and no refund if cancelled less than 15 days before the workshop. In cases of illness or family emergency, we offer a compassionate policy that allows for a lenient refund or credit towards a future workshop.
In case of bad weather, a full refund, even if cancelled at the meeting time
We offer the flexibility to transfer your booking and payment to another individual if you are unable to attend the workshop.
For your peace of mind, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect your plans.
