• Full Payment is requested at the time of booking if is less than 60 days

• Cancellations & Refunds: A full refund is available if cancelled more than 60 days before the event, a 50% refund if cancelled 15-60 days before, and no refund if cancelled less than 15 days before the workshop. In cases of illness or family emergency, we offer a compassionate policy that allows for a lenient refund or credit towards a future workshop.

• In case of bad weather, a full refund, even if cancelled at the meeting time

• We offer the flexibility to transfer your booking and payment to another individual if you are unable to attend the workshop.

• For your peace of mind, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect your plans.
