Step beyond Venice and into the quiet soul of the lagoon. This full-day private workshop explores the vibrant colours of Burano, the ancient charm of Torcello, and the peaceful monastery of San Francesco del Deserto — plus optional stops on the lesser-known islands of Mazzorbo and Mazzorbetto.

You'll explore the lagoon’s most photogenic and atmospheric islands at a flexible pace, either by public transport or, optionally, by private water taxi (additional cost).

This workshop is fully tailored to your level and interests, whether you're seeking technical guidance, creative inspiration, or simply want to experience the Venetian lagoon through a photographer’s lens.

  • Burano – Bright colours, reflections, canals, artisan life

  • Torcello – Rustic charm, open landscapes, ancient cathedral

  • San Francesco del Deserto – Peaceful monastery and gardens (requires advance permission)

  • Mazzorbo & Mazzorbetto – Quiet vineyards, authentic corners, Venetian light

The exact itinerary will be adapted based on light, tides, and your interests.
