An archive of 60,000+ images is a heavyweight.
To honour the work, I have chosen to set it aside.
In this space, I present only five.
They are 'apparitions'msingular moments that have surfaced from decades of film and digital sensors.
They are here today, but like all apparitions, they are not meant to stay.
When these five vanish, they return to the archive, and five new ghosts will take their place.
There is no 'permanent collection.'
There is only what is visible now.

The Scene: Using a long exposure to turn the Adriatic sea into a glass-like surface, this print focuses on the "Briccole" (wooden poles) that guide sailors home. It is a study of stillness, time, and the water that defines Venice.
Technical: Captured with a neutral density filter to achieve an ethereal, painterly effect.
